Salary up to 38K (depending on experience) plus benefits

Centrally located in the City, the Port of London Authority has an exciting opportunity for an astute and accomplished PA to support our Chairman and Chief Executive.

Educated to degree level, you will have at least 5 years proven in-depth experience of supporting and managing a Chairman’s or senior manager office in a pressurised environment. Experience of organising meetings involving politicians, senior staff and high level stakeholders, including the coordination of agendas, papers and briefings is essential.

This role requires a shrewd PA who can support a Chairman and CE who both require the utmost trust from the post holder. You will have the confidence to think ahead and plan, always being two steps ahead.

As an Executive PA you will be the gatekeeper dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as managing “front of house”. You will be very much the voice and face of the PLA at our newly refurbished London offices based just off Lower Thames Street.

Applicants must have previous PA experience at board level and be able to demonstrate all the above qualities.
