Salary: £21,216 per annum (Grade 10)

The Port of London Authority is the self-financing Statutory Authority with responsibility for administering the UK’s premier port, maintaining the safety of navigation throughout its limits and for the conservancy of 150km of the tidal River Thames.
The Thames Tideway Tunnel will be the biggest infrastructure project ever undertaken by the UK water industry. It is a 25km long tunnel under the river from Acton to Abbey Mills and will be up to 65 metres deep, intercepting a number of sewer outfalls from Putney to Shadwell. The PLA is fundamental to the project’s success.
We are now seeking a motivated professional administrator to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control, archives and databases to enable the accurate filing and retrieval of all project information. The volume and complexity of which is likely to be unprecedented.
You will have an excellent understanding of administrative systems and the role of document control in a modern business context, be computer literate across a range of applications and thrive within a busy project environment.
