A Code of Practice for rowing on the tidal Thames above Putney - a joint publication produced by the Port of London Authority and Thames Regional Rowing Council which brings together practical guidance from experienced rowers, the recommendations of recent Risk Assessment and the requirements of local and international regulation.
The Port of London Authority, in exercise of its powers under Section 111 of the Port of London Act 1968 as amended, and with the agreement of the Chamber of Shipping, gives the following General Directions to vessels in the Port of London.
This form assists river users in reporting any navigational incident or navigational occurrences including near misses, under the provisions of river byelaw 7.
