11. NOTIFICATION OF A LAID UP VESSEL
11.1 The Owner shall immediately notify the Port Authority if, at any time a licensed Craft or Boat for Hire is Laid Up.
11.2 The Owner shall immediately notify the Port Authority when a Craft or Boat for Hire, previously notified as being Laid Up, is brought back into use.
11.3 A person who offends against Byelaw 11.1 or 11.2 shall be guilty of an offence and be liable, on conviction before a court of summary jurisdiction, to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
