 CONTENTS

3.           REPEAL AND AMENDMENT

3.1        The Port of London Craft and Boat Registration Byelaws 1965 are hereby repealed.

3.2        Byelaw 46(1) of the Port of London River Byelaws 1978, shall be amended by the insertion of the following new sub-paragraph after sub-paragraph (c):

"(d) it is licensed as a craft or boat for hire under Section 124 of the Port of London Act 1968".
