6. INSPECTION OF CRAFT AND BOATS FOR HIRE FOR RE-LICENSING
If the application to the Port Authority for re-licensing of a Craft or Boat for Hire is not or is not to be accompanied by the certificates referred to in Byelaw 4 c), the Owner shall make the Craft or Boat for Hire available for inspection, by the Port Authority, in accordance with the provisions for inspection set out in Byelaw 5 within the 28 day period immediately prior to the expiry of the current licence.
