9. CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF OWNER OR NAME OF CRAFT OR BOAT FOR HIRE
9.1 If the Owner of a Craft or Boat for Hire licensed by the Port Authority changes his address or the name of the Craft or Boat for Hire, he shall immediately notify the Port Authority in writing of the new address or name.
9.2 A person who offends against this Byelaw shall be guilty of an offence and be liable, on conviction before a court of summary jurisdiction, to a fine not exceeding level 2 on the standard scale.
