HML Team

Our Lower District team is responsible for navigational safety bertween Crossness in the west and the estuary in the east. This part of the river is home to the largest concentration of port and terminal operations on the river. Every day the team keep an eye on ships carrying containers, oil and other goods for import and export. They are also currently overseeing the construction of the new £1.5 billion London Gateway Port at Shellhaven in Essex.
