Environmental Consultation ResponsesThe PLA as Port Authority for London, landowner of river bed and regulator of river works and dredging may be affected by proposed changes in national legislation, government initiatives and new EC directives. The PLA has a responsibility both to itself and to the users and stakeholders of the Port of London to respond to environmental consultation documents, which it does separately and through its trade association UKMPG.
