Notification prior to entry into portThe MCA requires notifications of ship arrivals and departure and additional requirements for ships carrying dangerous or polluting goods in accordance with Merchant Shipping Notice (MSN) 1817. All shipping movements should be notified to the Port of London Authority using the Port of London Authority - Movement, Pilotage and PEC Notifications form.
