No.6 of 2006  Amendment to Code of Practice for Ship Towage Operations on the Thames 2005

 

It has been brought to our attention that there are several errors in the Tug allocation tables within Section Five of the Code of Practice for Ship Towage Operations on the Thames 2005.

These tables have been amended and a set of self-adhesive labels are supplied with this Notice for insertion into your copy.

Further sets of self-adhesive labels can also be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Mrs Andrea Chell, Safety Management System Administrator at the address below.

We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused by these publishing errors.
