As of the date of publication of this Notice to Mariners two lighted yellow spherical buoys have been established to mark an area of underwater obstructions on the site of the Empire Paper Mill jetty in St Clements Reach as follows:-
1 Spherical yellow buoy Qk Fl. Y
Position 51º 27.384’N 00º 17.429’E
2 Spherical yellow buoy Qk Fl. Y
Position 51º 27.435’N 00º 17.588’E
Obstructions exist inshore of a line joining the two buoys.
All positions are in WGS 84.
