Following a review of ship towage requirements at Tilbury Grain Terminal (Inner Berth) the ship towage tug requirements at this facility have been revised.
The Amendment Notice reproduced below replaces the second and third paragraphs of Section 9.3 on page 23 of the above code.
Please note the above changes.
