Bateaux London launches more lunch cruises for the Summer
Bateaux London media release
Restaurant and sightseeing Thames river cruise operator, Bateaux London, has announced the addition of five new lunch cruises throughout the summer months. Doubling the overall capacity of the lunch cruises on these dates, this development will enable more people to enjoy London’s world-famous sights while lunching on the River Thames.
Ian Fyfe, Sales and Marketing Director for Bateaux London commented:
“We have traditionally operated one boat offering lunch cruises yet due to the popularity of the service we have opened bookings onboard the Naticia vessel in addition to the Symphony. This is a fun and different way of going out for lunch in London and provides an exciting alternative to eating inside a crowded restaurant on a hot summer’s day. Feedback consistently reminds us that there is no better way to experience the landmarks of the capital city.”
Those fortunate enough to book themselves a lunch cruise will be provided with a three course set menu (costing £24 per person), with the option of upgrading to the Elite Package which includes a three course set menu, guaranteed window table, half a bottle of house wine and half a bottle of mineral water and tea and coffee (costing £32 per person).
Visit London expects record numbers of visitors to London over summer 2007 due to the predicted warm weather, anticipated airport departure queues and the widest ever diversity and value of activities available to visitors to the capital.
Lunch cruises are available from Wednesday to Saturday weekly with extra cruises now running on 30 June, 14 and 21 July, 9 and 11 August 2007.
Bateaux London also offers a popular weekly Sunday Lunch Jazz cruise starting at £39.50 per person.
