New UK-St Petersburg Service Launched

Delta Shipping Lines (DSL) has recently announced the launch of a new fixed day weekly container service between the Port of London and St Petersburg in Russia. The new service also includes a call at Hamburg on the east-bound leg.

The service will call at the Port of Tilbury's sea Container Terminal (43 Berth) every Tuesday with all types of containers and equipment, including high cube, pallet-wide and reefer, available. Door-to-Door or Quay-to-Quay rates are available for all shipments and shippers' own equipment is welcomed.

Two vessels, the "MV Victoria" and the "MV Cartagena" will be deployed on the new service and the first vessel is scheduled to call on Tuesday 16th February. Inbound bookings together with shippers' own outbound bookings are available on this voyage. The first outbound vessel with Line containers is scheduled for Tuesday 23rd February.
